Pepper has long been one of the staple crops of Vinh Linh District, Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. With the advantage of the soil conditions as well as the farming experience of the people, the pepper Vinh Linh is characterized by its aroma and fiery flavor, which is very popular in the market. The Vinh Linh Pepper Production Cooperative is producing organic pepper on a scale of 20 ha, reaching a production of 25 tons per year. M.A.I Organics is working with the Cooperative to bring this product to the European market.
